Appointment Cancellation, No-Show and Service Change Policy

Due to the increasing occurrences of cancellations and no-shows, we have implemented a cancellation/no-show policy. This will help our stylists avoid having open appointment times, and be able to serve more of our guests who our on our waiting list. If you need to cancel your appointment, please notify us within 24-hours of your scheduled appointment. If an appointment is cancelled or changed with less than a 24-hour notice, guests will incur a flat $25 cancellation fee ($25 per scheduled service for no-shows). We understand emergencies can happen and work schedule changes may arise, therefore, exceptions may be made at the discretion of the stylist to waive the cancellation fee. If you absolutely cannot make your scheduled appointment the same day, please contact the salon as soon as possible. We will make an exception for sickness or emergency situations. However, our software system does track any cancellations/no-shows, to prevent multiple occurrences.

Appointments & Confirmations

  • When making an appointment, you will immediately receive a text notification and/or email letting you know your reserved appointment date and time.
  • Two days before your scheduled appointment you will receive a text/email to confirm your appointment. Please text, ‘Y’ for yes, or ‘N’ for no, to confirm your appointment, or reply via the email, or call us to confirm.
  • If we do not get a confirmation response back, we will then call you the day before your appointment.
  • Please make sure that we have your current information on file to make sure that you always receive appointment notifications, and our promotional offerings.

Please note: If you fail to confirm your appointment within 24 hours of your appointment, your appointment will be forfeited and given to another client who is on our waiting list.

Walk-In Appointments

We do accept walk-ins, however, we strongly recommend scheduling an appointment to avoid wait times.

Payments, Gratuities, and Gift Certificates

  • We accept, Cash, Checks, Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
  • Gratuities are accepted in cash, and Venmo. We are unable to apply the gratuity to a credit card.
  • Gift Certificates are available for purchase throughout the year. Gift Certificates are non-refundable and cannot be redeemed for cash, or used as gratuity.

Deposits

  • Bridal parties are required to pay a 50% deposit when scheduling appointments. This deposit amount will be used towards your appointment. If your bridal party appointments are cancelled less than 1 week before, the deposit won’t be refundable.
  • Some appointments may require a deposit for any service over 2.5 hours. This deposit will be used towards your total balance due when the service is completed. The deposit will not be returned, if you do not show for your appointment.

Refunds & Exchanges

  • Refunds are not available on services rendered. If any revision/adjustment is needed to your recent service(s), please notify us within two days to make an appointment. The revision service must be performed within two weeks of the original service date. Any service made beyond two weeks will be considered a new service, and incur a charge.
  • Unused retail items (excluding make-up and skin care products) can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase with a receipt. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of management. There may be a balance due, or credit given depending on the price of the new retail item.
  • All sales are final for make-up & skin care products.

Children & Pets

  • We request that only children who are receiving services visit the salon. Children (under the age of 8) who are not receiving a service, must be accompanied by an adult the entire duration of the scheduled appointment.
  • Only service animals are permitted in the salon.
